Delivery Rates
To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are couriered out of our office in Milano, Italy.
Delivery Times
Items are processed by Arilli usually within 24 hours of purchase.
Order Processing cut-off time is 4pm, Monday-Saturday.
You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order via email.
Once you purchase your items, you will receive a confirmation page which has a section to track your order via SHOP App. Scan the QR code with your phone and Shop will send you real-time delivery updates via email, once your order is shipped.
P.O. Boxes
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.
Payment Options
On checkout you can either opt to pay by Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Or Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay & Paypal. Credit Card transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same, or next working day. If you have any other questions please contact us.
Canceled Orders
An order may be canceled before it leaves the warehouse, however once your order ships out, we cannot refund your order under any circumstances. Please check our returns policy here.
